The center conductor is made of solid electrical grade 99.97% pure copper to ensure better signal transmission. The conductor is insulated with nitrogen gas, which is superior and environment friendly as compared to chemical foam. The double screen of special composite type bonded aluminium foil and aluminium alloy braiding of 60% coverage ensures low signal loss, additional mechanical strength, and resistance to oxide formation in tropical weather conditions. The specially formulated in-house PVC compound used in the jacketing is UV and abrasion resistant.
